Elaboration of integrated methods based on hydrological modelling, EO data and GIS facilities for flood management before and after flood events and as adapted to the local conditions of the Crisul Alb and Crisul Negru transboundary basins.

  These methods will include a statistical model for flood wave hydrographs for several probabilities, algorithms for elaboration of flooding hazard maps (using representatives parameters obtained from historical images and other geo-referenced data) and of objective documents for post-crisis analysis and damage assessment.
